Glycolic Acid Peels are the gentlest of the peels that we offer. These peels are exfoliate layers of skin which has been damaged, eliminate fine lines and treat rough, dry or discolored skin. In addition, the glycolic acid will aid in the stimulation of collagen and elastin production which is key for youthful, healthy skin. This procedure lasts about 10 minutes and is recommended monthly.
Dr. Sabeeh offers a multitude of chemical peels for treatment of acne, fine lines, wrinkles and discolorations. Chemical peels work by removed damage layers of skin to reveal the healthier skin beneath. The possible side effects of a chemical peel are tingling, reddening and peeling of the skin for several days, but side effects are generally mild and disappear after a couple of days. The result is beautiful, glowing skin. |
Chemical peel is especially useful for the fine wrinkles on cheeks, forehead, and around the eyes, and the vertical wrinkles around the mouth. |

TCA Chemical Peels are performed with trichloroacetic acid which exfoliates layers of dead or highly damaged skin cells to reveal brighter, fresher skin. This peel offers an effective solution to acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles and skin discoloration, but offers slightly better results than a glycolic acid peel. This procedure lasts approximately 15 minutes and results can be seen almost immediately. A series of peels spread over the course of several months may be recommended to achieve the desired results. |
